The intervention included leadership and organisation assessment for two subsidiaries, and a key recommendation was the development of local leadership.

Recommendations addressed the transformation of the HR organisation to act as a strategic business partner to the broader organisation.
WorldsView’s skills in transformation, organisational design and change management complemented the process reengineering and HR outsourcing/shared service expertise of the IBM team and the deep knowledge base of the client organisation.

The session objectives included clarification of high-level strategic mandates, alignment of key activities to the strategy, and building team dynamics.
