A client organization embarked on a systems replacement project for their mission-critical administration system – at the same time, embarking on a strategic expansion that would fundamentally change the nature of their services and business.
They recognized the impact this would have on the organization – particularly requirements for culture, people and change management. WorldsView partnered with the software analysis project to co-create the implications and way forward with the organization.
Risk analysis, recommendations and competency development combined with coaching and process facilitation to create a powerful intervention that addressed current needs while also building long-term capacity. The client emerged from the partnership with increased change management and communication competency, a clear understanding of the tough actions and decisions required to reach their goals, and transformational changes rolling into the organization.
In the same process, emergent issues were picked up on and addressed by the client-consultant partnership. Organizational risks were highlighted, including a lack of a common, strong leadership brand within the organization. WorldsView is now engaging with the client around addressing leadership development needs.
