Craig Yeatman - Chief Executive Officer

Craig’s 18 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience and research into traditional African governance modalities combine to produce an exciting brand of business wisdom. His challenging leadership style grows businesses and people across a broad cross-section of society. He continues to explore issues of African governance and leadership and the transformational journeys undertaken by people and companies. Craig is a Founder and Chairman of the African Academy for Computer-Assisted Engineering, a South African NGO.

Lee Knobel - Global Programs Director

Lee’s expertise in organisational change spans the globe. On assignments in Africa, the U.S., the UK, Europe and Asia, she partners with senior executives to lead transformational change and grow high-performing organisations. Lee specialises in leadership development and coaching, building effective teams and enabling large-scale organisational change. She is responsible for global expansion as well as the design, development and implementation of programs through a network of accredited facilitators.

Donna Kipps - Consulting Director

Donna’s focus on organisational change and her ability to think outside conventional wisdom position her as a change agent and strategic contributor. A specialist in future strategy, culture, governance and leadership, she partners with individuals, teams and organisations on their unique transformational journeys. She brings her passion for sustainable, future-oriented strategic evolution to bear on unlocking the energy and potential of client organisations.

Brett Yeatman - Global Sales Director & Global Facilitator Development & Support

Brett takes control of the Global Sales Function, and is also responsible for Global Facilitator Development & Support. He draws on 20 years of sales experience and 13 years of building networks into communities in 17 countries where he has successfully brought people together to enhance their vision, goals, community & bottom line. He has been training in the Personal Development world for individuals, companies & organisations, and is passionate about helping to grow people & organisations into successful, profitable & balanced entities.

Liora Gross - Consulting Partner

Liora specialises in leadership development, change management, organisation design and development and human resources development. Her passion for her work plays out in authentic partnerships with clients, resulting in solutions that combine transformation with business results. Her experience spans major South African and international companies in most sectors, both public and private. Liora shares her experience and knowledge as a part-time lecturer at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and the Graduate School of Business Administration, (University of the Witwatersrand).

Lenyalo Motsei - Consultant

Lenyalo's expertise in organisational and leadership development serves as a catalyst in the development and transformation of leaders and organisations.Systems thinking, gestalt approach to consulting, personal mastery and emotional intelligence are foundational in Lenyalo's interventions in developing highly effective teams and leaders. She has worked with public and private corporations, non governmental organisations and international development agencies both locally and internationally. Lenyalo's other specialisation is in the facilitation of consultative processes on frameworks for an integrated response to HIV and AIDS.

Adriette Oosthuysen - Program Research & Development Specialist

Adriette manages the ongoing research and design of WorldsView programs, drawing on her experience in academic institutions and her educational background in psychology and business. In developing programs Adriette draws on concrete research combined with practical experience from client engagements.

Carol Simpson - Global Learner & Facilitator Support Manager

Carol's experience includes management in operations, administration and human resources, gained in both the services and mining sectors. Her passion for logistics and communication are demonstrated through the support she provides to Worldsview global network of program participants.

Tina Chikwiri - Sales & Marketing Specialist

Tina's valuable experience has been gained in challenging corporate and healthcare environments in South Africa and the UK. Her role in Sales and Marketing draws on her ability to network and develop sustainable relationships with clients. Tina is passionate about the incorporation of African Wisdom into traditional western paradigms of leadership thinking.

Peter Christie - Associate

Peter has over 20 years experience as a change and transformation consultant. He has published three books in the fields of African management and storytelling in organisations, as well as numerous articles in international and local management journals. Peter is a part-time MBA lecturer at Wits Business School, and lectures for a number of other business schools and management development institutes. Peter has project led large-scale transformation projects, such as the integration of IBM back into South Africa, and helped to pioneer, in South Africa and abroad, the now widespread use of storytelling to creatively communicate key change and transformation messages in organisations.

Eugene Smit - Sales Executive

Eugene Smit has joined WorldsView Consulting's team of specialist facilitators for the Nine Conversations in Leadership programme, in the capacity of Sales Executive. Eugene has 25 years of experience in Human Resources management, with substantial exposure to the dynamics of the FMCG, IT and service industries. This background has certainly taught him where an organisations strengths and weaknesses lie, and how important the recognition, training and retention of true leaders is to the success of any company.
