WorldsView™ Consulting brought Transformational Change and Human Capital competence to a co-consulting partnership with Ernst & Young on the design of a human resources information systems (HRIS) strategy to support the rapid expansion and key talent strategy of a cellular network operator.
Through collaboration and analysis across the MTN organisation, the intervention recommended architecture and application capabilities to support organisational culture and a common employee interface across Africa and the Middle East; translated cultural and organisational factors into a change readiness analysis and change framework; and provided guidance to vendor selection and risk management.
