WorldsView took its flagship programme, the Nine Conversations in Leadership, to the United Kingdom, accrediting a group of 7 facilitators in London on 20 – 24 September 2007.

All the newly accredited facilitators are independent coach/practitioners who are currently operating in the leadership arena in the UK. As members of WorldsView’s global facilitator network, they will be facilitating the Nine Conversations in Leadership for clients throughout the UK and potentially into Europe.

WorldsView’s expansion into the UK is a natural extension of the company’s global strategy. Global Programs Director, Lee Knobel says "Expansion will go where the most energy is for leadership development in general, and particularly for the Nine Conversations in Leadership© program."

The criteria for the facilitator accreditation programme is that potential facilitators have a passion for developing others, to help individuals realise their full potential, typically with a background in coaching, organisational or leadership development.
