WorldsView Consulting’s Nine Conversations in Leadership™ intervention is accredited as a formal university qualification through Middlesex University in the UK.
Middlesex University are champions of learning in the workplace, and this accreditation acknowledges the robustness and academic underpinnings of this intervention, and that interventions such as the Nine Conversations in Leadership™ have as much value in development as formal university programmes. Delegates of the Nine Conversations in Leadership™ intervention now have the opportunity to have their work and learning acknowledged through a formal university credit or qualification, allowing them to incorporate this into their formal professional and academic development.
How Accreditation Operates
A delegate of the Nine Conversations in Leadership^TM intervention enrols for the Middlesex Academic programme, selecting from one of two options...

Qualification	OPTION 1: Post Graduate Credit Certificate	OPTION 2: Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Development (Organisational Leadership)
Relevance	For students pursuing a post-graduate degree or who wish to complete their qualification with another university. A Certificate of Credit is issued without University graduation.	A complete formal academic qualification. Delegates must register as a student of the university and are eligible to graduate in the University’s Graduation Ceremonies.
University Credits	40 credits in total·         Module PDF4012 (40 credits)	60 credits  in total·         Module PDF4012, 40 credits·         Module PDF4820, 20 credits
Cost to Student 2011 costs.	GBP 1999	GBP 3499
·         Please note that the Cost to Student is an additional cost for university accreditation, over and above the cost of the Nine Conversations in LeadershipTM intervention in the organisation. ·         Cost to Student includes: Middlesex University Registration Fees, Administration and issue of Certificates, Marking and feedback of submissions and Student support and guidance. ·         Costs are subject to change based on any alternations in university fees and costs.

Academic Submission Requirements

Learning Journey Portfolio [Module 4012]

All candidates (for Certificate of Credit and Post-Graduate Certificate) will complete a Learning Journey Portfolio, comprising: ·         Reflective commentary and analysis of 2,000 words for each module (draw on theory, additional reading you have completed, reflective/analytical exercises completed in the conversations and reflection on Action Projects) ·         Final 2,000 reflection on the journey overall (Assignment for Moving On Conversation, with particular emphasis on the journey and links between conversations, and in Action Projects) ·         Appendix: including all assignments as completed during the programme

Research Report [Module 4820]

Candidates wishing to pursue a full Post-Graduate Certificate in Organisational Leadership will additionally complete a research report: ·         This Research Report should be 4,000 words in length and comply with the requirements for robust academic research methodology ·         The Research Report is focused on work-based application of the Nine Conversations in Leadership, and is typically a case study or qualitative research-based project, further extending their application and analysis of the impact of the Nine Conversations in Leadership in the workplace.
