WorldsView™ Consulting Facilitator Accreditation
WorldsView™ Consulting accredits a global network of facilitators to deliver our interventions to client organisations.
Accredited facilitators are supported by extensive training, world-class materials, regular updates and on-call WorldsView™ Consulting facilitator support. Typically, facilitators are drawn from practitioners in the fields of leadership development, coaching and organisation development. However people from other fields, who have the drive and ability to work with small groups and develop leaders, may qualify as WorldsView™ Consulting Accredited Facilitators.
Regular accreditation workshops expose facilitators to best practice methodologies and prepare participants to initiate their facilitation of the WorldsView™ Consulting interventions. During a four-day workshop, facilitators experience the specific intervention, receive training and peer coaching in advanced facilitation techniques, and have an opportunity to meet and network with other WorldsView™ Consulting facilitators.
